Cookie Policy

1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit it. They enable the website to remember information about your visit, such as your language preference or login status.
2. How we use cookies
PartiPix uses essential and functional cookies that are always active, plus analytics cookies that are only placed on your device after you give explicit consent through our consent banner. You can accept or reject analytics cookies at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer.
The essential cookies listed below are necessary for the platform to function correctly. Analytics cookies (App Insights browser SDK and Microsoft Clarity) are consent-gated and activate only after you choose to accept them.

4. Third-party cookies
When you accept analytics cookies, Microsoft Clarity sets third-party cookies (CLID, MUID, ANONCHK, MR) on the clarity.ms and microsoft.com domains. These cookies are only placed after you give analytics consent. Other external services we rely on (Stripe for payments, Microsoft Azure for hosting) may set their own cookies on their own domains, governed by their respective cookie policies.
5. Your choices
Essential and functional cookies cannot be disabled while using the platform. Analytics cookies are fully optional — you can accept or reject them using the consent banner that appears on your first visit, or by clicking "Cookie settings" in the footer at any time.
Most browsers allow you to block cookies entirely. If you block essential cookies, some features of PartiPix will not work correctly. Rejecting analytics cookies has no effect on platform functionality.
6. Managing analytics cookies
PartiPix now uses consent-gated analytics cookies (App Insights browser SDK and Microsoft Clarity on the www marketing site) to understand how visitors use the platform and improve the user experience. These cookies are only activated after you explicitly accept the analytics category in our consent banner. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time by clicking "Cookie settings" in the page footer. Withdrawing consent stops further collection; existing analytics data already collected is not deleted, in accordance with the GDPR data minimisation principle.
